What would it mean to your organisation to be able to say this:Ā
āWelcome to a workplace that walks the talk.
Here, women aren't held back.
No buzzwords or cliches, just a culture that honours opportunity and respect.
We're not about theoretical equality, diversity and inclusion strategies; we're about openly learning, understanding, and making it work, every day.
We step up for sustained and systemic change, recognising the challenges that entails.
Here everyone's ideas matter, leadership isn't a club, and success isn't confined by outdated norms.ā
We offer three core solutions which individually, or as a combination, create cultural change by fostering awareness, action and allyship.

Greater gender balance at senior levels isn't just good for businessāit boosts financial performance, fosters creativity, strengthens governance and enhances talent attraction and retention.
McKinsey and Leanin.orgās annual āWomen in the Workplaceā Report 2023, highlights the ālagging process in the middle of the pipelineā. This is called the ābroken rungā.
It lists 48% women at entry level, but only 37% at senior manager/director level or 28% at C-suite level. This is in comparison to 34%, 49% and 57%, respectively, for men. There is a clear pattern, and it starts at the manager stage.
Companies with more gender-balanced workforces outperformed their least-balanced peers by as much as 2 percentage points annually between 2013 and 2022, a BlackRock study of the MSCI World index has found, and diversity tends to deteriorate with seniority.
Yet, just 5% of women view their employers as leaders in gender equality, which should be a wake-up call that significant action is still needed (Deloitte Women at Work Report).
